Meet Cassidy, a girl after my own heart.  Cassidy, her sister and I drove around the outskirts of State College a couple of weeks ago, listening to indie music while exploring back roads and abandoned fields.  We shot at several spots, but for now, I wanted to share this simple series of a beautiful young woman, with her book of antique book of french grammar, in a blooming field.

I sometimes have to pinch myself when I think about this session.  Cassidy is so humble, honest and refreshing, so much so that our session together renewed a part of me.  See, sometimes you’re on the exact same wavelength as a client; sometimes we click so perfectly; sometimes it’s about creating all the photographs in your head.  For me, Cassidy helped me make these photographs that I dream about.

Meet Danielle, the happiest girl in Happy Valley.  I don’t think Dani stopped laughing for a second during our session, and that’s no exaggeration.  I had a really difficult time narrowing this down to my absolute favorites –  A problem I love to have!

Danielle is graduating in a few weeks from Penn State, and wanted some great photographs to give to her parents as a thank you gift.  I adore this lovely, thoughtful gift idea.  What parent wouldn’t love photographs of their beaming, blissfully happy daughter?

Dani – Lucas and I had so much fun on our session with you, and can’t see where life takes you after graduation.  We’re sure that wherever you’re headed is going to be full of laughter.  Please never lose that amazing smile of yours!
